Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and are expanding to more countries. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at sorbellashop@tuta.com and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery Time
Your order arrives within 5–13 business days from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

If you need your mat by a specific date, we recommend ordering a few days in advance to make sure it arrives on time.

Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

Tracking Your Order
We'll send your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order — no hidden fees, no minimum purchase required.

Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times. However, external factors (customs clearance, weather, high-demand seasons) can occasionally cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed beyond 13 business days, contact us at sorbellashop@tuta.com and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to coordinate a re-shipment, which may involve an additional shipping fee.
